In his post on LinkedIn on July 15th, Evan Low, the Congressional Candidate, called on the New York Post to issue an apology after wrongly identifying the shooter in Trump’s assassination attempt as a Chinese man.
“I also urge the New York Post to issue an apology for erroneously identifying the shooter as a Chinese man. Please also outline safeguards in the future to prevent such an error. The post fueled misinformation and prejudice towards our Asian American community. Acknowledging the false report is meaningful to our community and allows us to be seen and heard.
