On May 30th, Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Older Adults Resources Fair and Panel Discussion was held at the Vietnamese Service Center in San Jose.
The event served as an opportunity for older adults to find out about the services available for them in Santa Clara County. Attendees learned how to sign up for the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) benefits, become an IHSS provider, enroll in the Senior Nutrition Program, Meals on Wheels, get a free bus pass, and more.
The event was organized by India Currents, State Assemblymember Ash Kalra and the Santa Clara County Departments.
