2002 NCLF- Empower AAPI Community with Data
2020 election is a historical moment to Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community.
Our increasing demographic representation, collective economic impact, and professional/civic achievements present a powerful and timely opportunity for political engagement. Our vote matters.
Each panelist will prepare a 5 min presentation to discuss what data we have and how to use the data for AAPI empowerment. Moderator will share AAPI elected officials data using an interactive map and invite panelists to comment and respond. This is a dialog focusing on why it is important for AAPI community to vote in November. Follow up with a Q&A session for panelists to address questions from the participants.
