HISTORIC WAVERLY PLACE BECOMES FASHION RUNWAY
Evening fashion show featuring International designers from Vietnam
Hulos Prive & NYFW 2019 designers Hmong Hill Tribe Fusion
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, August 18, 2019 – Since 1852 Waverly Place represents the heart of San Francisco’s Chinatown. On August 25, 2019, the storied street will transform into a fashion runway featuring New York Fashion Week rising star designers Hmong Hill Tribe Fusion and Shang & Mang Thao.
Monique Zhang, executive producer of over 100 fashion shows for 3 decades, will produce the event for Huynh Hai Long and Dan the Huy of Hulos Prive Vietnam, and Philippines designer Anthony Legarda, Mongolian cultural producers Helen Bassan, Sodtuya Chadraabal, with partial proceeds from the event to benefit Hill Tribe Fusion.
Photographers such as Jeremy Chen of Fuji Film and Jaye Casper of Sophora, Inc. are scheduled to capture the event. Far East Cafe will host a red carpet reception from 5 PM to 7:30 PM.
