During the Civic Leadership Retreat, the organizer came up with a game called Common Ground. Participants formed into groups, wrote down what they liked and found out what they had in common. Someone joked that they all were good-looking. By playing this game, people not only got to know more about each other, but found common ground with people who will work with you. In a team, the most important thing is that people should focus more on what they have in common, not their differences.
