Election Night ZOOMing fun with Hung Wei
On Nov. 3rd 2020, Hung Wei won the Cupertino Councilmember Election as a leading runner. She held an Election Night ZOOMing fun online party. Nearly 30 of Hung’s friends and supporters celebrated together.
Every Cupertino resident deserves a city council that will chart a new course for our city.
Hung Wei wrote on her Facebook:
Election Night ZOOMing fun lasted from 8pm-11pm with a few masked guests for some “elbow” high fives. One full day after Election and Team Hung Wei is optimistic of the election outcome but want to be 100% sure before calling it a win.
Please indulge me to say a hearty thank-you to all the volunteers and supporters on this 2020 campaign journey.
To my advisers, Campaign Treasurer, and Campaign Consultant: thank you for your weekly strategic meetings, constructive proposals, countless emails, daily actions, and your commitment in staying on top of things, encouraging and pushing me to do more and better – you are the driving force behind the scenes. Thank YOU!
To my Yard Sign Teams: your hard work is greatly appreciated. You put up yard signs into dry hard grounds, patrol the neighborhoods to replace fallen or stolen ones, and we have 600+ sighs all over town. Thank YOU!
To my precinct walkers: you dropped door hangers street by street, weathering the elements and walking with a purpose. Your labor of love sent positive messages to residents and brought in votes. Thank YOU!
To the many friends and supporters who contributed to my campaign fund: we couldn’t have gotten our positive messages out to residents without your generous contributions, especially during this current Shelter in Place situation. Thank You!
To my endorsers: your confidence in me and testimonials make all the difference. Thank You!
To residents who cast your vote of trust in me: thank you for your vote of confidence. My commitment is to serve Cupertino and our fellow neighbors with integrity, diligence, and respect, in bridging diverse perspectives and bringing unity to our City. Thank You for giving me the opportunity to serve!
